Do we have any samples of the items sold in the store in our offices to try on?
At this time, we do not have samples of the store products at any of the SME locations.
If you order something from the store and it does not fit, can you exchange for same item in another size? If you don’t like how it fits can you exchange for another style of item?
The products on the website have size charts. We suggest you pull up the size charts and measure a similar product you already have at home to help determine which size you should order.
Once the orders are placed and paid for they will be embroidered with our SME logo. Returns and exchanges will be accepted if the product is defective, no questions asked. Exchanges can be made if the size is wrong, but we are asking you to do your best to order the size that will fit you.
Orders that are returned for sizing reasons will be billed to SME. If you have a question regarding a specific item, please call Harriet Wood for more information 248-476-9570 ext. 204.
Has SME’s Safety team approved the safety wearables for purchase and use by the field staff?
Mark Halloway has approved all of the safety items in the store.
